Mr. Hoover has more than 20 years of litigation experience defending asbestos, toxic tort and product liability actions. He serves as local, regional and national counsel and has tried cases throughout New England as well as New York Georgia and Florida. Experienced in all phases of litigation, Mr. Hoover represents clients in discovery, motion practice, mediations, trial preparation and trials in state and federal courts.

A member of the James D. St. Clair Court of Education program, Mr. Hoover serves as a docent at the U.S. Federal Court in Massachusetts providing educational tours and lectures for local school children.

Mr. Hoover received his J.D. from Boston College Law School and is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Maine and Massachusetts. He has been selected to the Massachusetts Super Lawyers list since 2008.
