Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate sales associates Ellen Berkman and Carlos Gutierrez have been appointed to leadership positions with national and local realtor association boards for the 2018 term.
Leadership positions include:
· Berkman named state director for the Florida Association of REALTORS®
· Gutierrez named District 4 vice president of the Florida Association of REALTORS®; direct past president of the Miami Association of REALTORS®, the largest local realtor board in the United States; and the vice chair of the local leadership/president idea exchange council of the National Association of REALTORS®
In her capacity as state director, Berkman will vote on policy matters and remain informed on issues that impact homeowners and sales associates in Florida. Gutierrez will organize industry events for association members, act as a liaison for members of local realtor’s associations in south Florida and will keep members informed on industry or policy changes. Gutierrez has served in a number of leadership capacities with the realtor association boards, leading to the competitive and influential appointments of the 2018 term.
Berkman and Gutierrez operate as a team in Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Miami Beach office as the Gutierrez Group, Miami Real Estate.
