Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, a national provider of clinical home care for medically fragile children, has acquired Health & Home Services, one of North Carolina’s leading home health care companies. 

Located in Hickory, North Carolina, Health & Home Services provides private duty nursing and other home care services, primarily to medically complex children.

With this acquisition, Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care serves medically fragile children in five locations in North Carolina – Hickory, Gastonia, Raleigh, Kernersville, and Winston-Salem. The company, which has a national resource center in Wakefield, Massachusetts, provides care in 11 additional locations in Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, and Texas.
