St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based real estate development and management company, has promoted Michael Dickson to the position of Director of Construction. Formerly a Project Manager, Mr. Dickson has worked with the company since 2001.
In his new role, Mr. Dickson will assume expanded responsibilities in support of the company’s in-house Construction division including oversight of ground-up construction management activities for new flex/R&D, office, retail and warehouse buildings. This includes interacting with project managers, subcontractors and design vendors, as well as establishing and maintaining budgets for each construction project.

Mr. Dickson has more than twenty-one years of diversified construction management experience and has held construction management positions with Corte Construction and KDA Holdings. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Northern Michigan University. Mr. Dickson received his LEED, AP designation from the United States Green Building Council.
