Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of the following four transactions totaling 7,130 square feet of new and renewed commercial space.

Boyers Diamonds of Town Center leased 1,517 square feet of retail space in the Town Center of Virginia Beach located at 4545 North Main Street. Sezin Cortinas, Gerald Divaris and Erica Rorrer represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Zero’s Subs leased 1,600 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Salem Crossing Shopping Center located at 2029 South Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. DRE’s Levi Thomson represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

D&M Global Group leased 1,094 square feet of office space in Interstate Corporate Center located at 6325 North Center Drive in Norfolk, Va. DRE’s Elizabeth Napolitano represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Lease Renewal

Dermalogica leased 2,919 square feet of office space in Baldwin Park located 4750 New Broad Street in Orlando, Florida. Michael Divaris, Vivian Turok and Krista Costa represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Divaris has been the exclusive real estate representative of Dermalogica for over 16 years for its real estate requirements in the U.S. and Canada. DRE has completed over 30 transactions including securing business unit offices in major cities across the country, placement of a distribution center on the East Coast, and relocation of Dermalogica’s global operations headquarters and distribution facility in Los Angeles.
