Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following transactions in the Greater Richmond market for 5,438 square feet of new and renewed retail space.

New Transactions

Sugar and Hive leased 2,011 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased GreenGate located at 12191 West Broad Street in Henrico. DRE’s Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Café y Sabor leased 1,577 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed in 360 West Shopping Center located at 7102-B Hull Street Road in Richmond. The bakery joins Rite Aid, Dollar General, AutoZone, Subway, Cricket Wireless and Sal’s Pizza in the shopping center. DRE’s Sara Goodall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Lease Renewal

Starbucks Corporation renewed its lease for 1,850 square feet of retail space in the North Park Shopping Center located at 8137 Brook Road in Richmond. Vick and Hall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
