Developers are looking to transform a narrow strip of woods on the Prince William Parkway into a new three-and-a-half story mixed use building.
The latest designs for the $13 million Potomac Corner Center show a modern L-shaped building on the slim 3.7-acre lot. The site is located at the corner of the parkway and Smoketown Road.
Retail has been proposed for the first floor and the top of the building, with office space on the second and third floor. Plans include some underground parking and a “green roof area.”
