Charter Closes $1.5 Billion Senior Unsecured Notes

Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) today announced that its subsidiaries, CCO Holdings, LLC and CCO Holdings Capital Corp., have closed on the sale of $1.5 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2028 (the "Notes"). The Notes were issued at par and bear interest at a rate of 5.000% per annum.
