Dan Lubart has joined DeSilva + Phillips as Senior Advisor. He will advise our media and publishing team and clients.

During his publishing career, Dan specialized in strategy formation and execution for companies such as Hachette Book Group, where he was SVP Strategy and Publishing Operations, HarperCollins Publishers, where he was SVP Sales Analytics and Pricing, and Universal Music Group where he was CTO.

He is also Founder of Iobyte Solutions, a digital agency he currently leads which provides data acquisition automation and visualization solutions, measurement and analytics strategy, consumer insight strategy and custom software development. Iobyte serves clients in publishing, film, healthcare and financial services.
