New Winters Mill AD Jen Gosselin Looks To Build On School's Sports Success

New Winters Mills athletics director Jen Gosselin always knew she wanted to have a job in sports, she just wasn't sure what it would be.

Being a sports psychologist seemed like a good fit. Gosselin graduated from Mount St. Mary's in 1991 with a psychology degree while also competing for the Mount in indoor and outdoor track and field hockey.

When she graduated, Gosselin couldn't find the right sports psychology position, though. She eventually became a dropout prevention coordinator at her high school alma mater, Francis Scott Key in Carroll County, Md.
