TranZed Alliance Names Four Board Members

The TranZed Alliance, a nonprofit organization serving children and families, named four new members to its board of directors:

Brittany Greene is a licensed funeral director and mortician with Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services with six years of experience in the funeral services industry. A resident of Owings Mills, Greene holds a Bachelor of Science in media, culture and communications from New York University, an Associate of Occupational Science from the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service and is currently enrolled in the MBA program at The Carey Business School of Johns Hopkins University.

Charles A. Leutner is a sales and business development professional with more than 15 years of government and commercial experience in the medical equipment, pharmaceutical and health care industries. He served as the director of government sales for Carestream Health and the director of government programs for GE Healthcare. He has also worked with companies including Teraecon, Agilent Technologies, Philips Medical Systems, Hewlett-Packard and Corometrics Medical Systems. Leutner holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Baltimore and graduated from the Certified Medical Representative Program at the Georgetown University School of Medicine.

Laura Neuman serves as commissioner for the Maryland Economic Development Commission. She is a former county executive for Anne Arundel County and has also held the position of CEO for the Economic Development Authority of Howard County. Over the years, she has worked with companies including Springboard Enterprises, Chesapeake Innovation Center, G2, Matrics and RadiusNet. She founded the Laura Neuman Foundation to advocate for the testing of shelved rape kits in Maryland. Neuman holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and is an Executive Program graduate of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She was named one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women and an Influential Marylander by The Daily Record and one of 50 Women to Watch by The Baltimore Sun.

Paula M. Singer is the CEO and chief strategist for The Singer Group, an independent consulting group that provides strategic human resources including organizational and leadership development, executive coaching and program evaluation services. She is an associate in the Department of Health Policy and Management at Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health and previously served on the faculty of the Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business, Nova Southeastern University, The University of Pennsylvania and The College of Notre Dame. Singer holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University, a Master of Administrative Sciences from Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Arts in organization development from The Fielding Institute and a doctorate in human and organizational systems from The Fielding Institute. Singer is a Daily Record Circle of Excellence winner for the Top 100 Women.
