MedisSphere LLC has purchased a 3,000-sf retail building on a 0.2-acre tract at 6115 FM 1960 W., Houston, from local investors Sammy and Tracy Bush. Chris Dray of NewQuest Propertiesrepresented the buyer. Jeff and Randy Nerren of Nerren Commercial represented the seller.

GC Houston-S. Post Oak 2107 Ltd. has purchased a 0.7-acre tract at the intersection of South Post Oak Boulevard and West Orem Drive, Houston, from NewQuest Properties to develop a Golden Chick restaurant. Austin Alvis of NewQuest Properties represented the seller. J.P. Hayes and Jeff Warwick of SRS Real Estate represented the buyer.

SOUTH TEXAS LEASES

Landmark Industries has ground leased a 3.66-acre site at the corner of Mason Road and Colonial Parkway, Katy, from Westside Ventures Ltd. to develop a Timewise convenience store and service station. Daniel McCormack of NewQuest Properties represented the seller. Steven Thomas and Jonathan Moseley of 360 RE LLC represented the tenant.

Chick-Fil-A has ground leased a 1.37-acre retail pad site in Grand Morton Town Center, located at the intersection of Grand Parkway and Morton Ranch Road, Katy, from NewQuest Properties. Josh Friedlander and Rebecca Le of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Jeff Mallett of Mallett Commercial represented the tenant.

Spec's Wine & Spirits has leased 15,194 sf of retail space in Willis Town Center, located at the intersection of Interstate 45 and FM 1097, Houston, from NewQuest Properties. Ashley Strickland of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord in the direct deal.

Fishtopia has leased 3,500 sf of retail space in Stone Creek Shopping Center, located at the intersection of FM 529 and Queenston Boulevard, Houston, from Zenda Stone Creek US Ltd. Austen Baldridge of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Candy Poon of A.A. Realty Co. represented the tenant.

Nail Trend has leased 3,000 sf of retail space in Shoppes at Grand Crossing, located at the intersection of Interstate 10 and TX 99, Katy, from POG Kosmos 1099 LP. Ashley Strickland of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Daniel Tran of PR Associates Commercial represented the tenant.

The Catch has leased 2,075 sf of retail space in Meyer Park Shopping Center, located at the intersection of South Post Oak Boulevard and West Bellfort Road, Houston, from Luel Partnership Ltd.
