TCC Closes Sale on Another BTS to Inline Distributing Company at Crossroads Commerce Park

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) announces another building sale at Crossroads Commerce Park (Crossroads). Inline Distributing Company (Inline) has purchased their new 69,550+/- square foot industrial facility located along 52nd Avenue just west of Washington Street in unincorporated Adams County. Construction started last fall and was completed this week.

"The purchase of this 70,000-square-foot state-of-the-art TCC building extends our commitment to strengthening our roots in Colorado and will continue to offer diverse products and competitive pricing to better support our sophisticated customer base and their dynamic needs."

Inline has supplied the building industry with construction products for more than 30 years, and is now the largest single source provider of environmental remediation, restoration, abatement, fasteners, traffic control, mechanical insulation, safety and construction products in the U.S. Headquartered in Southern California, and operating 11 distribution centers across the United States.

Crossroads continues to attract tenants and owner/users, with approximately 857,000 square feet in six buildings built at the Park. Additional space remains available for lease, as well as future phases on the south end of the park offering additional buildings on a build-to-suit basis for users for sale or lease. Most recently, Crossroads has been recognized as the 2017 Infill Project of the Year by the Urban Land Institute’s Colorado Chapter, as well as the 2016 Industrial Development of the Year by the Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

Murray & Stafford are the general contractor and Ware Malcomb is the architect for the building. Colorado Business Bank provided financing for the project. The Newmark Grubb Knight Frank team of Mike Wafer, Tim D’Angelo, and Mike Wafer Jr. represented TCC in the transaction and handles the leasing and marketing for Crossroads. Nick Steitz of JLL Denver represented InLine in this transaction.
