On Friday, May 5th, Macklowe Properties hosted a topping out for its new residential condominium 200 East 59th Street. Guests who attended the event included representatives from the buildings architect, CetraRuddy, Gilbane Construction,Harry Macklowe and the workers who are building the 35-story, 67-unit tower. Every home is a corner unit at the new development and each features strikingly large terraces, an unusual amenity for Manhattan. The condominium is the natural successor to the super luxury of 432 Park, but for a wider audience.
