Rodriguez rejoins Ideal from Douglas Elliman. She will be based in the firm’s Williamsburg office.

With seven years of Brooklyn real estate experience, Giglio joins Ideal from Oxford Property Group in Manhattan, having previously been with Exit Realty Best and Fillmore Real Estate. He will also be based in Ideal’s Williamsburg office.
