Sasha Ezquerra and Gigi Giusti of Doulgas Elliman join sales team for Fort Partners’ latest development in South Florida
South Florida-based developer Fort Partners, led by Nadim Ashi, announces Sasha Ezquerra and Giordanna “Gigi” Giusti of Douglas Elliman as sales executives of Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale. Sasha and Gigi join the development’s Sales Director, Dan Teixeira, for the 22-story development which will rise at 525 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard. The brand is repositioning Fort Lauderdale to be a global destination and attracting buyers from international markets.
“We sought out a sales team with global experience and a robust understanding of the Fort Lauderdale market and our exclusive audience,” said Louise Sunshine, strategic advisor for Fort Partners. “Sasha and Gigi are extremely ambitious, proactive agents, and I’m confident this team will be instrumental in driving our sales program even further.”
A resident of Fort Lauderdale herself, Sasha is extremely well-versed in the Broward market. Sasha has experience in business development, and has worked within the Realty Marketing International (RMI) team at Douglas Elliman. She specializes in assisting the RMI team with custom-creation and presentation of detailed strategic plans for the projects developed by the group. Additionally, Sasha is well-traveled and multilingual. She speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and German.
With 12 years of experience and more than $650 million in preconstruction and existing sales, Gigi is a key asset to the Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale team. Surrounded by a family of developers and real estate professionals, Gigi became passionate about selling luxury real estate early on. Along with Sasha, Gigi has a very strong knowledge of the Broward market, having led sales at two Fort Lauderdale developments: The Wave on Bayshore and 33 Intracoastal. Prior to working with Fort Partners, Gigi created her own firm “The Meza Group,” as well as supported sales at numerous preconstruction developments, including The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Fort Lauderdale.
Slated to break ground in 2017, Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale consists of 130 hotel rooms and 90 private residences with both furnished and unfurnished options. Residences range from 780 square feet to more than 6,000 square feet, with prices starting at $900,000. The property also includes four luxurious penthouses and three exclusive Sky Homes with 20-foot ceilings. The development is now converting reservations to contracts.
