Technology Company to Increase Space at Boutique Financial District Tower
Equity Office announced today that JobDiva, the global leader in recruiting software, has signed a lease expansion bringing the company to a total of 21,000 square feet at 44 Wall Street, its Financial District tower.
JobDiva, an innovative company that has been at the forefront of delivering effective solutions for more than 22,000 global staffing professionals, has been a tenant at 44 Wall Street since 2010. Under the lease expansion, the company will occupy 3,300 square feet of pre-built space on the fifth floor, in addition to the 17,700 square feet it currently occupies on the 16th and 18th floors.

Built in 1927 and acquired in June 2016, Equity Office is putting its signature on the historic building, which includes the construction of multiple full floor pre-builts. Its tenant roster includes Cullen & Dykman LLP, a law firm that has served institutional and individual clients since 1850; IBI Group, a global architecture, planning, engineering and technology firm; and Funny Or Die, the premiere comedy brand founded by Will Ferrell, Adam Kay, and Chris Henchy.
JobDiva was represented in the transaction by John Thompson of Douglas Elliman Commercial. Equity Office was represented in-house by Zachary Freeman and Mr. Silverstein, as well as by Adam Foster, Michael Rizzo, Zachary Price, and Caroline Merck of CBRE.
