The Keyes Company has named Christina Pappas Manager of the leading real estate firm’s Brickell office. Pappas will be instrumental in the continued growth of the office, which services the robust Greater Downtown Miami market.

Pappas has nearly a decade of real estate and hospitality experience. She joined Keyes in 2011 and earned “Rookie of the Year” honors.

For more than 90 years, Keyes has operated under core values emphasizing family. As the daughter of Mike Pappas, Keyes president and CEO, Pappas represents the next generation for the family-owned business. In her new role, she will continue to attract and mentor the younger generation of Sales Associates and current producers at the firm.

“It has been very exciting to observe Christina’s growth and development since joining our firm,” said Mike Pappas. “Her professional and community involvement sets a great example for our employees. We know she will do a tremendous job at the helm of one of our most important offices.”

“I am grateful for the opportunity to lead the Brickell office and work with the extremely talented and dedicated Sales Associates based there,” said Christina Pappas. “This is a pivotal time to assume this role, as Keyes is in the midst of incredible growth and expansion.”

Since her debut year, Pappas has generated a steady increase in sales volume, doubling her year-over-year sales performance. Additionally, she has taken on a leadership role with the “under 40” contingent at Keyes. Pappas oversees “Keyes Next Gen,” which develops the under 40 Sales Associates within the company and community, mentors Sales Associates and conducts contract and social media training sessions.

Pappas was most recently named the 2017 Residential President of the Miami Association of Realtors. She also serves as the chair of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce’s Real Estate Task Force and president of corporate networking organization BNI University, and was the 2016 District Vice President for Florida Realtors.

Throughout her career, Pappas has received numerous industry accolades. She was recognized as a “Rising Star” and “Entrepreneur of the Year” from the Women’s Council of Realtors, “Young Professional Networker of the Year” for the Miami Association of Realtors in 2013 and 2015 and “Heavy Hitter” for the Dolphins Cancer Challenge.

Prior to joining Keyes, Pappas worked in the hospitality industry with Morgans Hotel Group. She graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration.
