Journal Squared Unveils New Website and Leasing Launches Soon

  • Journal Squared is a multi-building rental complex coming to Jersey City’s bourgeoning Journal Square neighborhood. Once completed, Journal Squared will feature three luxury rental towers with direct access to the Journal Square PATH station, 1,838 residential units, 36,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and a newly renovated Magnolia Way Plaza.
  • The architecture on Journal Squared is by Handel Architects and HWKN who have completed such projects as The Pennovation Center at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, the Williamsburg Tech Hub in Brooklyn and 18 Park a new development in Jersey City. Interiors are by Christopher Stevens who is an interior designer well versed in an array of styles encompassing both traditional and modern homes.
  • Journal Squared is developed by KRE Group, one of the largest privately held diversified real estate companies in New Jersey and National Real Estate Advisors. Marketing and Leasing by The Marketing Directors
  • Tower 1 stands at 53 stories (563 feet – just 200 feet shorter than the Goldman Sachs building) – allowing it stunning views of the Hudson River, Statue of Liberty, Verrazano-Narrows Bridge, and Manhattan Skyline
  • The complex, which is located between Magnolia, Pavonia, and Summit Avenues, will spark a revitalization in Journal Square similar to what downtown Jersey City has already experienced, benefiting not only new residents but the community as a whole.
  • Amenities on the 8th Floor include the fitness room, yoga room, children’s room, library, screening room, Wifi lounge, sun deck, and outdoor pool. On the 53rd Floor there is a communal dining table, projector screen, and seating areas with spectacular views of the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan skyline.
