Reed MIDEM, the leading global real estate conference organizer, and MetaProp NYC, the premier real estate technology nexus and RETech accelerator, today announced the Keynote Speakers for the first-ever MIPIM PropTech Summit.

Deputy Mayor for Housing and Economic Development Alicia Glen; Brad Hargreaves, Co-Founder & CEO, Common; Paul Massey, President, New York Investment Sales, Cushman & Wakefield, and William Rudin, Vice Chairman & CEO, Rudin Management Co., Inc., will give the MIPIM PropTech Summit keynote addresses. Each will speak from their unique perspective of government, RETech and traditional real estate about the profound impact technology is making on real estate in New York and globally.

“Never before have such prominent executives from the public and private sectors come together in one place to discuss the state of PropTech,” said Filippo Rean, head of the Real Estate Division for Reed Midem. “Our keynoters will be speaking before an elite audience of more than 300 New York City real estate and RETech leaders in what will be the most exciting such forum of the year.”

MetaProp NYC Co-founder and Managing Director Aaron Block said: “We set out to do the number one global RETech event -- no compromises, no fluff and no meaningless pay-to-play, less-than-the-best vendors. The result is an unprecedented outpouring of talent from government, real estate and technology, with founders of leading RETech companies like BuiltWorlds, Compstak, Floored, Honest Buildings, Nestio, VTS, Zillow and others speaking, all thought-leaders in their field. They have come together to produce the most relevant and cutting-edge content, clearly making the MIPIM ProTech Summit the best such event in the world.

“The tremendous response from the Summit’s ticket-buyers indicates not only a successful event for this year, but a growing and powerful New York City RETech Week for 2017 and beyond, further establishing New York as the global capital of real estate technology.”
