The summit will take place on Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at The Altman Building located at 135 West 18th Street in New York City. The summit is the 2016 NYC Real Estate Tech Week’s flagship event.
The MIPIM PropTech Summit will bring corporate real estate, government and technology professionals together under the same roof for a full day of panels and networking opportunities. During the course of the MIPIM PropTech Summit, speakers will discuss key topics including:

A Unique Opportunity for start-ups
In addition to the gold-standard conference sessions, the MIPIM PropTech Summit will host the North American leg of the MIPIM start-up Competition 2017 which takes place next March in Cannes, France.
The competition recognizes the most dynamic international start-ups offering real estate and urban management solutions and provides those competing with an opportunity to meet and pitch business to relevant investors, developers, financial companies, media analysts and other key influencers.
The application deadline for start-ups to pitch at the MIPIM PropTech Summit is September 16, 2016.
Companies qualifying for the MIPIM start-up Competition 2017 finals in Cannes from the New York round of pitches will face start-ups selected during London’s MIPIM UK in October 2016 and Hong Kong’s MIPIM Asia in November 2016.
