KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, California announced today the renewal of a 32,071-square-foot lease with Stark Carpet Corporation at Crossroads Distribution Center in Charlotte. Stark Carpet provides carpets, rugs, fabrics and furnishings to interior designers.
Completed in 2007, Crossroads Distribution Center is comprised of four warehouses with a total of 496,347 square feet of rentable industrial space. Each building contains 50-foot concrete aprons and truck courts ranging from 110 to 140 feet.
The property is conveniently located off Interstate 77 and Interstate 485, providing easy access to downtown Charlotte, and is 20 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Crossroads Distribution Center is also in a central location for tenants that import and export products, providing access to ports in North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina, Virginia and Maryland.
