Transwestern Represents the Building Owner in the 7,701 SF Lease

Transwestern today announces Boston’s Restaurant and Sports Bar has signed a 7,701-square-foot lease at 819 East Pratt St. in Baltimore. This is Boston’s first Baltimore location and will open in early 2017. Transwestern Vice President Leo McDermott represented the building owner, 204 S. High LLC, in the 7,701-square-foot transaction.

“This is Boston’s third location in Maryland, and it’s in a prime spot near the Inner Harbor – just a short walk from the Four Seasons, Vaccarro’s Italian Pastry, National Aquarium, Baltimore Soundstage and the Pier Six Pavillion,” said McDermott. “Boston’s has created a highly successful restaurant concept that will bring a vibrant energy to the Inner Harbor and Little Italy area.”

Boston’s has more than 350 locations in Canada and more than 40 locations throughout the U.S. and Mexico. Cana Development’s Nick Alevrogiannis and Michael Morris represented Boston’s in the transaction.
