New Vision Family Eye Care to Join Tenant Roster at Bradford Plaza in West Chester, Pa.

Optical Provider Inks 2,300 SF Lease at Levin-Managed Shopping Center

Optical provider New Vision Family Eye Care has leased 2,300 square feet at Bradford Plaza in West Chester. Located at 700 Downingtown Pike, the 161,000-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center is exclusively leased and managed by North Plainfield, N.J.-based Levin Management.

Levin’s Leasing Representative Barry Borsky negotiated the long-term lease. Todd Hose of Zommick McMahon Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

“New Vision Family Eye Care is a new venture for this business owner, who was drawn to Bradford Plaza’s exceptional location and demographics, and co-tenancy – particularly the presence of a strong anchor grocer,” said Borsky. “We are confident New Vision Family Eye Care will drive additional traffic to the shopping center and become a wonderful resource for local residents seeking outstanding vision care for the whole family.”

Anchored by Giant Foods, the leading grocer in Chester County, Bradford Plaza is home to national tenants such as Petco, Dollar Tree, Walgreens and Sally Beauty Supply. The center also includes a Giant Fuel Station; a Pennsylvania Wine and Spirits store; and a complementary mix of local retailers, restaurants and service providers.

Levin is marketing several vacancies at Bradford Plaza ranging from 1,300 square feet to 7,900 square feet, including a pad site.

Bradford Plaza is located at the busy intersection of Downingtown Pike (Route 322) and West Strasburg Road (Route 162) in proximity to downtown West Chester, West Chester University and 16 public schools. More than 105,000 people comprise the growing population within a five-mile radius of Bradford Plaza. That same area also boasts an average household income in excess of $112,000 and a daily traffic count of 63,500 vehicles.
