Just a year ago, Brown Harris Stevens announced the asset purchase of Zilbert International Realty in Miami. This new acquisition continues the firm’s Florida expansion. The Ocean Club Realty office located within the Ocean Club community will remain open, and there are immediate plans to expand with another office in Key Biscayne to better service the entire community.
