Edward A. Diasio
Wisler Pearlstine, LLP is pleased to announce that Edward A. Diasio has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Education Law practice group.
Edward A. Diasio represents public school districts, charter schools, and other educational entities on a wide range of matters including student residency, discipline, enrollment, and compliance with state administrative guidelines and regulations. He graduated from the evening division of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law (2015, cum laude). While in law school, Ed worked for two Montgomery County State Representatives. He received undergraduate degrees in Accountancy and Business Administration from the Villanova School of Business (2009, summa cum laude). Prior to his legal career, Ed worked in public accounting for KPMG, LLP where he obtained a CPA license. Ed enjoys being involved in his local community and currently serves as the Chairman of the Montgomery Township Zoning Hearing Board and as a “Big Brother” with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeastern Pennsylvania. He is also an elected School Director in the North Penn School District and a member of the Board of Directors of the Joint Operating Committee of the North Montco Technical Career Center.
